Coaching

There is a reason I have a coach.  There is a reason I invest even more in education than equipment.  Having a mentor who has been there before can save you thousands of dollars and miles of heartache.  For the last decade I’ve been a professional photographer, and for the last 3 years I’ve coached, taught as well.  Coaching is my favorite job of all.  Coaching basketball players and photographers is equally fulfilling.

I not only coach, but I get coached.  I have a business coach myself.

The reason I have a coach is that I need accountability. I wanted someone to teach me who had more experience than myself in any particular area.

If you are in your first 5 years as a professional photographer, I can work beside you as you build your studio and help eliminate some of the pitfalls.  I’ve been fortunate to meet some incredible photographers and business minds. I’ve also learned a lot about the photography business the hard way, by making mistakes that would have been avoidable.

The wedding photography business isn’t the easiest career to navigate. The first few years of my business are a blur.  We celebrated our ten year business anniversary this year.  Thinking back, I would have done a lot of things differently.  I don’t necessarily have regrets, because I’ve learned essential things along the way.  But I do wish I had more precise direction up front.

Being a wedding photographer is unstable at times.  It is seasonal usually.  It is a journey of highs and lows.  Our monthly coaching program will help you:
  • Streamline your workflow
  • Increase sales
  • Increase time with your family
  • Take trips
  • Go Full-time (If that’s your dream)
  • Stay true to your priorities
  • Achieve a work-life balance
  • Give you accountability toward reaching your goals

We are putting the finishing touches on SnapShotBot

I am actually on the 8th prototype.  SnapShotBot has been a hobby for a long time, until I got called by SharkTank and then Millionaire Inventor.  We’ll show you a little bit of our submission video in the coming months.  We are not currently selling models but are renting them locally.  If you are interested in getting on our production waiting list you can contact us below.
