Sarah + John | Anniversary Session!. We photographed Sarah and John’s wedding nearly 3 years ago, though it doesn’t seem nearly that long ago. Anniversary sessions are probably my favorite type of session to shoot. Weddings are great, but they are so fast-paced. Engagement sessions are fun and exciting, but there is feeling-out stage. Anniversary sessions are awesome because, as with Sarah and John, we are already friends – so there is a comfort level that makes the session relaxed. I feel like I can explore a bit more creatively as well. This session certainly felt more like a double-date than a job, and Sarah even snapped a few pictures of Nelli and I.
